Description of the theft
Some area homeless guys had a set of bolt cutters apparently. My boss saw them but couldn't catch them while I was out on the water. I tracked them down and confronted them. One guy was clearly pretty mentally ill so he told me he gave it to someone on Salem St in the North End. Before cursing me. Probably still in the vicinity. Or the harbor.
