Description of the theft
My boyfriend and I are from nz and we are visiting the USA for a month and cycling the pacific coast from Vancouver to San Francisco . We arrived in portland and went to check out the farmers market. We locked the 2 bikes up and went for a 5 minute stroll through and then came back to a cut lock and just one bike (luckily it was one and not none!). I bought the bike brand new in Vancouver 2 weeks prior to it being stolen.
