Description of the theft
I went to have something to eat at XOC at the Village on Topanga Canyon Blvd & Victory Blvd, I had locked my electric bike in front of Costco at a bike rack near the elevators to the parking garage. I went in at about 4:30pm and left a little after 5:30pm to find that my electric bike was missing. I contacted the security to look at the surveillance cameras but they said I had to make a police report first.
