Bicycle detail

James V(redacted) came home from work (redacted) at approximately 1700 and immediately left to pick up his wife (redacted). Upon returning home at approximately 2115, (redacted) noticed that his bike was missing and that the bike lock was cut (possibly with shears). Oddly enough (redacted)'s bike was still wrapped with the cut bike lock. The bikes were located on the porch in a well light and higher-traffic area (near community mail boxes). When James came home at 1700, he remembers seeing the bikes together still locked up. He remembers an older (2000s) white Ford Taurus with an older Indian male sitting in the parking lot; the car unfamiliar to the location. Additionally he distinctly remembers the landscaping crew around the bikes and talking to each other on Wednesday (03/29/17) @ approximately 1800 and when he drove up to the apartment they moved to a different location on the property.
