Description of the theft
I left my bike in front of TJ Maxx store at 6 pm, tied it with 2 chain locks around the pole of the wheelchair sign. The two locks were: the one with padlock chain ( very thick one), and another one was a number lock.
When I came back around 9pm, the bike and the thick chain lock was missing. But the number lock was remained locked and wrapped around the pole.
