Description of the theft
I used a cable lock to secure this bike and two others to a on-street bike rack. Within 15 minutes, I noticed a person riding one of the bikes and rolling this one along side. I chased after the person on foot, but could not catch them. I last saw this bike eastbound on NW Ione Place going toward 15th Ave NW.
