Description of the theft
On 10/3/19, I noticed that my bike was no longer parked at its usual parking spot, in the parking dock of my apartment complex. I then realized that I didn't notice it this morning either when I left for work at 8AM. In fact, the last time I noticed it was yesterday morning, so it must have been stolen while I was at work yesterday between 9AM and 6PM. The bike had a black u-lock on its back wheel, connected to the frame. The bike itself is painted red, with a red light intergrated into the seat and 2 lights on the handlebars with the USC emblem printed on them. There is a silver bike bell on the left handlebar. The bike has white tires.
