Description of the theft
I locked my bike to the blue rack closest to The Soop restaurant on SW 19th Ave at 2:20. I went in and ordered, and around 2:30 checked on it through the window. After finishing eating around 20 minutes later, at 2:50 I checked on it again and the bike was gone and my ABUS folding lock was cut and hanging from the rack.
