Description of the theft
My apartment complex has a fence around it and is new the Louisville campus. There are no bike racks at the complex so bikes are locked to railings. I left for work at 6:30AM on 6/21/18 and it was gone. The other bikes were there. Any help would be appreciated. I just bought this bike last month as a graduation gift to myself.
