Bicycle detail

My bike (pale Pink, Norco Yorkville Bike with kickstand, bell, and small lights; 21 speed, flat handlebar, and comfort saddle with springs) was last seen by me on Monday, May 24th, locked to a bike rack with a cable lock right outside of my apartment (139 Brighton St, Waterloo). The bike racks are located in the middle of the condos. At around 7 pm on Tuesday, May 25th, I found my bike lock on the grass beside the bike locks; the lock was cut and my bike was gone. I am guessing it was stolen either Monday overnight or Tuesday morning or afternoon. I asked my neighbours and they hadn't seen anything, but one neighbour mentioned that there was a bike theft in the same area a few months ago (one of the children's bikes was stolen).
