Description of the theft
The theft happened while I was at work between 12:45pm on 12/19 and 1:30am on 12/20. I work at Lurie Children's Hospital and lock my bike at the designated employee bike racks off St Clair. I noticed that other cables/locks had been cut, so whoever stole it had time and something to load the other bikes in.
