bike was parked and locked to a staple in full public view outside high-rise office building, on sidewalk next to Morrison St--a street north of pioneer square in downtown Portland Oregon. Lock was jointed flat steel key lock. bike was parked around 7 a.m. 9/23 and returned at 3 pm bike and lock were gone.
