12" piece of rebar was used on coil lock, coil wrapped around and stretched until it snapped at lock. Bike was locked behind 44 Exchange Blvd, in the covered parking area. It was still locked at 730PM, but was noticed missing at 9PM. Police report filed, but no report number at the moment.
