Bicycle detail

I parked my bike on the bike rack directly in front of the Georgetown AMC movie theater using a lock. After a two hour movie, I came out, and it was gone. No one around me saw it happened. I triple checked the lock before I left it and know that it was correctly fastened. Therefore, I think someone cut it. It's almost a brand new bike, so I see the appeal. It's light blue, says Raleigh on the side, has a blue and red iPhone holder on the handles. The lock was also stolen with the bike. I did not see a camera, but the bike was locked up right in front of the Georgetown AMC theater, so I would assume they have cameras at the entrance.
