Description of the theft
My bike was parked in my community's (Harbor Point on the Bay) bike locker which can only be accessed with an authorized key card. Door was not broken so it looks like someone who had a card got it. Cut my bike's lock along with 3 other bikes. It looked like it was cut with some kind of fire. I could see the burn marks on my cable lock.
