Locked bike (front wheel and bike frame) to a city rack (inverted U-shape syle) with a Kryptonite u-lock. Bike rack
located outside hotel entry on Yesler and Alaskan Way. Locked up at 9am on March 17, 2025. Commuted to work in
Bremerton via Kitsap Fast Ferry. Returned to rack at 5pm to find empty rack. Upon inspection, rack itself was cut.
Have pictures & serial # of stolen bicycle. Have picture of cut city bike rack.
