Description of the theft
I parked and locked my bike in the bike rack in front of the Contemporary Arts Center at 10:30 AM to work inside prepping for the Serena Williams wedding. On-sight security wouldn't let me leave it in the secured area. I only had a cable lock since I rarely leave it outside anywhere. I went to check on it around 3:30 PM and it was gone.
