Description of the theft
Bike Stolen from One Culver's garage bike parking. According to security footage it was stolen around 6:30p. Two suspects entered the garage. The first one was on look out. The second went to the rack. Loosened the nuts that secured the rack to the ground, lifted the rack and put it aside. The suspects were seen walking out with the Radrunner 3 minutes later.
