Bike was locked in a secure, indoor bike room that required a master key and master fob for access. It was also double-locked to a rack that was secured to the floor.
The rack was unbolted from the ground and the bike was stolen. Because the room required master key access, I have strong reason to believe (but am not sure) that the theft was perpetrated by an employee of the building, called The Elizabeth.
