Description of the theft
Arrived at trolley square on outside mall area at tbe outside door of the dezert edge pub, on sidewalk area west of the building
where they have an entrance. Parked bike there locked bike through front tire only on error on bike rack. At 5:20pm Went inside ate dinner
came out at 7 pm. Bike was gone front wheel was still attached to bike rack. Bike was taken with out front wheel. Electric bike
has battery attached and is heavy to move around. Needs a charger to recharge. Unique frame with built in racks on the front and back for cargo.
