Description of the theft
Two young males, possibly in their late 20s/early 30s. Wearing hoodies, one had a bandana and a black hat on. One grabs bolt cutters from back pocket, cuts the lock and rides off with the stolen bike toward Ventura Ave. Got footage from Fluid State’s security camera and have filed a report with VPD
