Bicycle detail

My son, (a minor), rode his mountain bike to the Treasure Valley Skate rink to roller skate. He did not bring a lock. He entered the rink around 6:45 p.m. and as he exited around 7:45 p.m. on 8/16/2021 he found that the bike was gone from the bike rack adjacent to the entrance. The theft was reported to the manager of the rink, she reports she is not able (tonight) to access video survellience. My son inquired with two men on bikes at the library adjacent to the rink who were lounging if they had seen anything. They reported they did see a person (?man) riding a black mountain bike east towards The Dollar Store store front and east on State Street shortly before my son inquired.
