Description of the theft
Went to a concert at the palace theater, bike was stolen between 7:30pm and 10:30pm. Restaurant waitresses and manager Tim at The Loon Cafe were witnesses to the theft. Two bikes were stolen. Both locks cut and left at the scene. Manager of the building says there is security footage.
