Description of the theft
This afternoon (October 21st) at approximately 1:00 I noticed that my bike was missing from where it had been locked in the parking lot of the apartment building where I live. The chain which was used to secure the bike had been cut, most likely with bolt cutters. Before cutting the chain it appears the thief had unsuccessfully attempted to cut the lock shackle. Although my bike was missing, my Wife's bike was still there. I last saw my bike yesterday evening (October
