Bicycle detail

Myself, my wife, and our friend road our bikes to the Hawthorne Hideaway at 2221 SE Hawthorne Blvd. at approximately 11:00PM on June 25, 2016 after WNBR. We locked our bikes on the bike racks outside of Jam On Hawthorne at the corner of SE 23rd and Hawthorne Blvd. I locked both mine and my wife's bike together to the first rack in the row closest to Hawthorne using a cable lock.
I walked out of the bar at approximately 11:30PM to retrieve an item I had left in the front basket of my bike -- they were both there and I didn't notice any vehicles or suspicious people in the area.
We left the bar at approximately 12:20AM to discover our bikes gone. The cable lock was cut and discarded on the ground and my helmet which was also locked to the bikes was left on the ground as well. I called the non-emergency police phone line at 12:30AM and was instructed to fill out an online report.
