Description of the theft
New bright blue "Brilliant Bicycle" was stolen from the bike rack at the front of the apartment building. Thief entered gate of apartment and cut Micargi Heavy Duty combination bike lock. The seat tube has slight damage to the paint and the bike also has a thick, black kickstand (which clearly looks like it didn't come with the bike. Tires are 700c x 32mm.
