Description of the theft
Bike was on a thule bike rack on the back of volvo in the Safeway parking lot closest to Cloud City. There was another bike lock tying the bike to the car. That bike lock was cut through and part of the bike rack was cut as well. We were probably only in the store for about 20 minutes. Happened around 9pm.
