Bicycle detail

Stolen from within locked apartment building at 1608 St. Charles. Last seen Sunday afternoon August 8, 2021, gone by 7:30 a.m. this morning (Monday). Bought it from YEP Bike works and they put different tires on it than the original, tires had wide white stripes. It was pretty beaten up otherwise, bent pedals, black seat barely together and wrapped with clear tape. The new tires that yep bike works put on made the bike look a lot more valuable than it was...it was the men's version, tall frame (not sure of inch size but one of the taller models). Police have to do the report in person, because it was stolen from an interior locked building, they haven't come yet to take the report. Photo attached is what the NEW bike would look like, again the tires were replaced so not same tires as in photo. Oops I guess photo upload is not working.
