Description of the theft
The bike was stolen from our garage (which is attached to our house and is very visible to two different neighbors) sometime on Saturday afternoon, November 22, 2014. The bike was on a rack that was mounted to a wall in the garage, but was not locked at the time of the theft. We generally keep our garage door closed, but it was open for a couple of hours on the afternoon in question. Someone walked into the garage, in broad daylight, while we were home, and stole the bike.
