Description of the theft
Asked my friend if he wanted to go on a ride with me. Allowed him to ride my Trek Verve 2. After about 8 miles, he wanted to turn around, but I wanted to keep going. I gave him a cable lock and explained how to lock it properly through the rear wheel and the frame. He turned around and I continued on.
After arriving 1.5-2.5 hours later, the bike was missing along with the lock.
