Description of the theft
My little brother just literally got this bike 4 days ago. Unfortunately this was my only transportation and it's all we had. Around 6:30pm-10:30 (11:00pm) the bike was stolen from one of the poles outside of the tent of "Cafe America" a cafe at the address. There has been a suspicious person before (seemed under the influence) in the lot who went around asking people for "a dollar for gas money."
