Description of the theft
At midnight my neighbor encountered a man trespassing on our back porch; at 2:50AM, two men returned and cut my bike locks and stole it from my back porch. They were caught on camera. They were also seen the next day on our street pushing an abandoned stroller and backpack but were able to run away before police arrived.
