Description of the theft
Bike was locked to a fence behind building and covered with a tarp that was clipped to the bike and to the fence. Bike remained where it was locked when I left apartment around 4:00pm, and gone when I returned at 5:56pm the same day. Next door neighbors reported suspicious activity in parking lot next to where the bike was located, around the time of theft, but I have not been able to identify which tenant of the apartment next to mine made the report, so I have been unable to get a better description of the suspect.
