Description of the theft
Parked in Ventura Harbor shops parking lot from 11:30am - 1:30pm. The bike was cable locked to a trunk mount rack. Despite being a 1/2" cable, it was cut with heavy-duty sheers. The rack webbing straps were tied to the bike, and were cut with a sharp knife. Police report was taken at the scene at approx 2:30pm.
