Description of the theft
Bike was locked up with a brand new kryptonite bike lock. It was locked up under our stair case at Liberty Lake Apartments-Fairview and Liberty. Also locked up was a black and blue Bell helmet.
The bike has a cartoonish character riding a bike stuck to the top of the top tube of the frame and blue and bright green spoke beads
