Description of the theft
The bike was locked to a large cement pillar inside a large parking garage using a cable and pad lock. Thief entered the garage on foot by following a resident in behind their car. They then cut the cable and took the bike leaving the cable and lock behind. Exited on the bike out the garage door. It was caught on camera. It occurred at exactly 6:57pm.
