Description of the theft
Thief entered private parking garage and stole bike from the bike rack on the wall. I usually lock it, but forgot to do it over the weekend. Bike has baskets on the pedals, standard mountain bike handle bar, SpeedShe black saddle, Bell lights (white in front, red in back), Capital Property Management sticker (0768), water bottle holder and pump holder on the frame, standard 26" mountain bike tires, green shraeder valve on rear tire.
