Description of the theft
Left the bike inside for 2 hours while I was eating at Genki Ya restaurant. Looked outside after 1 hour and it was still there. When I came outside, bike was stolen. Locked my bike in front of Chase Bank ATM (in front of camera). Bike has gray drop handlebar bike brake. The left bike brake handle has white scuffs on it.
