Bicycle detail

I arrived at the santa monica pier aquarium from the downtown santa monica metro with my bike. I locked both wheels and the seat to the single bike parking loop by the on-ramp to the pier. I park my bike here every saturday from around 12:15 to 5:20. Today i entered the aquarium for my volunteer shift there around 11:59 and came out at 5:40. When i arrived at the bike loop around 5:41, the bike was gone. The larger bike lock, which was attached to both wheels and the bike's frame, was cut and lying on the floor, and the smaller bike lock, which was attached to the seat, the frame, and the bike was not on the scene.
