Description of the theft
Bike was stolen between 8 PM on August 2 and 3:30 AM August 3. Bike was hung on a mounted rack in the coreway of my residence. Possibly I had misattached the U-lock (so it was not attached to the rack, only the bike itself) and someone took advantage. Before being stolen, the bike had an attached Axiom bike rack to which a large (approx. 14.5"x14.5"x14.5") black plastic crate had been attached, as well as mounts for lights on the bottom of the rack and on the handlebar, as well as a velcro/plastic mount for the U-lock on the seat tube; it has a Terry Liberator saddle.
