Description of the theft
I parked my bike on the racks just north of the Moran Eye Center parking around 8:50am. When I was leaving work around 6:05pm I saw that my bike, helmet, and lock were all gone. I don't know the exact time it was stolen but sometime within that window. I bought the bike a couple of weeks ago so it still has new manufacturer stickers on it.
