Description of the theft
My bike was parked on the harbor near the coffee/smoothie shop. I was probably 15 feet away from it (it was locked, but with a cable, which was dumb on my part). When I went back to look at the bike it was gone. In addition the person stole an attached yellow/orange dog carriage.
