Bicycle detail

Bicycle was locked with Kyrptonite U-Lock and 4-ft cable to secure bike parking directly outside of Great Western Power Company climbing gym. Within a window of two hours between 5:15pm and 7:30pm on 12/28/18, the U-lock was cut and bike was stolen. The cut lock, cable and helmet were retrieved by gym staff. Possibility of CCTV cameras outside the gym capturing the incident though staff were not able to release footage without OPD request.
