Description of the theft
I was at an workout class 5:15-6:15 pm and my bike was stolen while I was in there. Left sitting on the bike rack next to where mine was was a Capitol Bikeshare bike. You can’t just leave those so pretty confident someone rode up on that, cut my lock and stole my bike, then left the Capitol Bikeshare bike behind.
