Description of the theft
My Univega and my husband's trek were both locked with u-locks to a very study metal chain, which was locked to pylons in Felix Garage in Parkmerced. Between 5pm on 6/10 and 1:45pm on 6/11, thieves used bolt cutters (?) to cut our u-locks and steal our bicycles.
