Description of the theft
I was volunteering for La Machine / Ottawa 2017. The headquarters is at 95
York St; The Great Canadian Cabin. My husband and I rode our bicycles. We
used a single medium-sized cable lock to lock our bikes together to a tree / tree
protector frame in front of the Cabin. I unlocked the bicycle and used it for a bit
and returned and locked it again around 15:15. When I returned after my meal
break around 19:00 my husband pointed out that my bicycle was gone. Upon
closer inspection the cable lock had been cut in what appeared to be a single
attempt. My husband's bicycle was left
