Description of the theft
Locked bike outside of the gym (1405 NW 14th Ave, Portland, OR 97209) at 5:45 pm on 7/17/2019. Exited gym at 8pm to find bike missing. Went back into gym to report bike stolen. They informed me a witness came in and gave them the cut U-lock, and said at 6pm "a man with grey pants and a blue messenger bag" cut the lock very quickly and rode the bike off. There are no cameras, this is the only info I have on the incident.
