Description of the theft
This bike was at my mom’s apartment complex. It’s my sister’s and was stolen with mine. Someone opened the door to come in and as it closed, a man caught it, allowing him into our locked building (as seen on camera footage). I assume he got through the second door in a similar manner. The purported thief is a black man in a blue beanie-like hat.
