Description of the theft
Theif came up behind me and hopped on the bike while I was less than 3 feet away moving things on my padio. He was in black sneakers, black pants and a black hoodie and black backpack. I estimate he was about 5'8", with a slim build. I didn't see his face as it happened soo fast. I tired to grab him but I was too slow.
