Bicycle detail

My bike along with 3 others from my tri club were stolen off of our cars today at Depot Park in Santa Cruz. My bike was locked with another bike on the back of our car. The thief cut the cable lock and took the bike off the car and took off leaving behind only a small piece of the cable behind on the ground as well as pieces o the bike rack which they broke in order to get the bike off the car.
The bike is a Kestrel, painted red w/white writing (see pics). white shimano clip in pedals, white tape handlebars, black profile design aerobars. Wheels are smaller size (650), and Ultegra front chain wheel. There is probably some black smudge on the back of the frame.
This bike is extremely valuable and special to me. A friend helped me build this bike to my specific body specs for my upcoming race which is in Santa Cruz. I am desperate to get my bike back.
